3. User Responsibilities

• Don’t use our service for spam, phishing, malware, or illegal content
• Don’t abuse the service with excessive automated requests
• You’re responsible for the content you link to
• Don’t create links that violate others’ rights or applicable laws

1. Free and Premium Accounts

• Free accounts: Links expire after 30 days of inactivity (zero clicks)
• Premium accounts ($2/month): Links never expire, advanced analytics included
• We may modify pricing or features with reasonable notice

1. Service Availability
   We strive for 99% uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’re not liable for temporary outages or data loss.
2. Prohibited Content
   You may not create short links to:

• Illegal content
• Malware, viruses, or phishing sites
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Violent, hateful, or explicit content

We reserve the right to remove links and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data and Privacy
   We collect minimal data (see Privacy Policy). We don’t sell your data to third parties.
8. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your premium subscription anytime.
9. Limitation of Liability
   LinkTrim Pro is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for damages resulting from service use, downtime, or data loss.
10. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
